Once your request is approved, you will need to return the package within 2 business days after approval.

If you wish to exchange your items, for whatever reasons, you are permitted to do so provided you return the product within 3 days after receiving a package

Returned products must be in the condition received by Buyer on delivery with all original certificates, complimentary and accessories (if any) included.
